Recently, clients from South Africa visited HQD headquarters and factories for in-depth communication. They first experienced a comfortable office environment on each floor of headquarters, accompanied by detailed introductions on the company‘s development, market, structure, and personnel from our receptionist. Active interaction during the visit allowed them to understand HQD‘s workflows and unique and innovative thinking. 

We led them to the second floor—an R&D laboratory area or an innovation zone that has witnessed myriad unremitting processes of how designers make an idea a reality. Here, they looked through our ongoing projects and innovative technologies. Then, we entered a laboratory with an R&D engineer, where the high-standard environment and advanced experimental equipment drew their praise and interest. Our engineer introduced this professional equipment and conducted operational demonstrations to show what advantages these top-notch facilities bring us.

Besides, we also arranged a meeting. Mr. Hou, the CEO of HQD, and relevant executives warmly welcomed them in a multimedia conference room. During this meeting, they better learned about HQD‘s development strategy, marketing strategy, customer service, and product design. Meanwhile, HQD‘s consistent commitment to excellent quality, unique design, and powerful R&D capabilities also received their sincere praise.

Many excellent ideas and suggestions from the visiting partners were taken down by our receptionist to better meet the expectations and needs of more users in the future. The final destination was HQD production bases. The receptionist not only gave detailed information about the factories‘ scale, personnel, facilities, and output but also fully showed their automated workshops, advanced production equipment, production processes, and high-standard working environment. 

HQD factories strictly maintain clean and orderly production conditions to keep each workshop safer and more efficient. Everyone in a protective suit entered production areas and visited the assembly, quality inspection, and packaging lines, closely observing various components and production equipment. The bright environment, strict production requirements, and well-designed automation impressed them and garnered outspoken recognition. Walking around these running workshops, they witnessed the efficient performance of each process.
