Well, HQD is indeed a big stage for every intern. Notably, after the onboarding, i have a deep knowledge of the brand‘s influence which has covered more than 120 countries and regions, as well as of its products favored by global customers.
The most surprising is that HQD is such an excellent company that focuses on improving employees‘ personal and vocational skills and provides many opportunities for them to get better. For example, most companies are more likely to give their senior leaders chances to go abroad, while all hardworking salesmen in HQD can directly apply to work abroad or organize and join international expositions, which helps widen their eyes on a broader stage.
NO.2 INTERNS
1. How do you first get to know HQD? What is your first impression of it?
It was the first time i heard this name, HQD, in school recruitment. I was immersed in your words about the application and development of atomizer technology at the beginning of your brief taking. Besides, i also marveled at HQD‘s R & D capacity. After coming here, HQD is like what i thought earlier --- internationally famous e-cigarette brand with great developmental potential. I‘m so glad that i finally made the right decision.
2. What skills have you acquired from your work in HQD?
From campus to the workplace, it is an entirely different experience. I have encountered many difficulties in this transition. Luckily, my colleagues are all amiable and the same age as me, so I feel comfortable getting along.
Collecting and analyzing market reports, I gained a lot of professional knowledge. And also, my systematic thinking and analytical ability have been enhanced thanks to many suggestions from my experienced leaders, so I can get the key points quicker and draw referential and feasible conclusions better than before.
3. Currently, what are your career goals?
I like data research and analysis, and the thinking in this process gives me a sense of accomplishment. I have made significant progress in my work skills. Still, there are also shortcomings, so now i plan to improve my professional ability and work thinking by setting a clear learning plan to become an excellent worker step by step.
NO.3 INTERNS
1. How do you first get to know HQD? What is your first impression of it?
From my points of view, i think the internship is important for a fresher to enter society. A good choice can help us set a good view of a job and a more explicit career goal at the beginning. When i first saw HQD on the job search websites, i was attracted by its large size and developmental platforms provided. Then i matched my qualifications to the job requirements, sent a resume, and attended a job interview. Finally, i came to HQD successfully!
2. What aspects of HQD make you feel heartwarming?
HQD is of great human touch company. After arriving in Shenzhen, l felt worried and confused because this was my first time working in a strange city. But every story has a good beginning. When i came here, HQD helped me a lot in my life and encouraged and supported me in work. It is such a heartwarming company!
Moreover, HQD has sound surrounding facilities, such as a supermarket, shopping mall, canteen, etc., and is also equipped with an exclusive recreational area for us to relax or exercise, caring about our health condition.
3. How have you grown as a person, both professionally and personally, after coming here?
For work, HQD has set up a series of professional training for freshers, like product introduction, sales skills, and so on, so we can see how we progress every day.
We need to accumulate many things at the beginning, such as information about industry and products and relative skills. And HQD also gives us long enough time to grow up. Since early 2023, my problem-solving ability has dramatically improved, and the volume of transactions has been rising. I appreciate all the supports that HQD has offered us!
For me, the most significant improvement is my English speaking ability. Many people like me are learning English but are afraid of speaking or don‘t know how to talk to others.
What i want to tell them is Practice Makes Perfect. After chatting with customers for a certain time, you‘ll find talking with them in English enjoyable, whether the topics are about products or daily content. The closer relationships between both sides are, the more trustworthy you are to another.
All of us must experience the transition from a solo warrior in the classroom to an intrepid collaborator in the team. In this process, our various difficulties have shaped us best today.
